If you have a pad you like and you want to free your sound, this is the set for you. Our viola carbon fiber Solo comes with a carbon fiber viola base, which at 5″ (12.7cm), is 1″ (2.5cm) longer than our violin base. The carbon fiber base is 60% thinner than our standard wooden base (about 0.064″, or 1.6mm), and practically indestructible, not to mention, we think it looks amazing. The set also comes with one of our silicone elastic bands, and a piece of self-adhesive velcro-style fastener to mount onto your pad and mate up with the base.
